Use Resources to Send Links to Documents

Many of you use the Resources page in the web app to share documents with other MIS2000 users. But you might not realize that you can get a link to any document in Resources and paste it into an email for other users of MIS2000. Just right click on the file you want to get a link to like so:

When you click "Show URL", it will present you with a dialog box with the link. You can copy the link from that dialog box and paste it into your email. This can save you from having to explain to people where to find the file in Resources. They still need to have an account in MIS2000 and have authorization to download that file, but it makes it easier for them to get it.
