We've added in support for sending out emails whenever a COE going through the verification process gets rejected. This will be going out to all states in their next release of the system. The way it works is that whenever a COE gets rejected, and then the rejecting user does their next upload to the server, if the COE hasn't yet been reworked by that evening, the user to whom it has been rejected will be sent an email during the nightly processing letting them know there's one to be worked. By default the process just runs once during the evening, but we can set it up to run as often you'd like throughout the day to give people a quicker notification.
The system is dependent upon having email addresses entered for all of your recruiters or whoever is initiating COEs. You can just go into the Users page in the web application to check on that. If you need some help getting it configured or you'd just like us to look things over, just let us know.
The basic idea is easily extended to all of the steps in the COE verification process, so if you'd like to see users getting notified whenever they have a COE that needs their attention, we can work that in. Let us know if you have any ideas of how to make this work better for your state.
