It's that time, again! 

The deadline for submission of the EdFacts files for SY 2014-15 migrant data is coming up on February 10th. As is the case most years, there have been a few revisions to the specifications. One notable update is the definition of eligible migrant children. For SY 2014-15, children should have a qualifying move on or after September 2, 2011. In previous years this date was September 1.
